What did you think of "A Bridge too Far"?

I know a man who joined the infantry because he read that book.

do you think it is really that moving?

It is indeed a great book about WWII although it did not move me to join the forces.
But Ryan tells the story movingly, with passion. It is a book I'd recommend to those interested in learning about the intricacies of the war as individual soldiers experienced it.
