I am also from hawaii.dog uses a pepper spray that is pretty mild. if your going to buy pepper spray then you go with the stuff used on grizzly bears..its hard to get and will eat the eyes right out of there skull. either that or carry cause i have hit poeple with the mild stuff and then had to use the stick on em. dog chapman is kind of soft compared to others in the business
