Hmmm...You want to lose 10 pounds? Here are some things that you can do.
~Cut out soda's, junkfood, and fastfood (though, do allow youself treats)
~Drink plenty of water
~Do cardio 3 times a week (at least 30 minutes every time you do it)...Cardio can be jogging, brisk walking, dancing around your room for 30 minutes, an exersize video like tae-bo.
~Do squats and crunches every day...I did 50 squats to start and 100 bicycle crunches to start.
~Eat lots of raw veggies and fruits
~Avoid foods high in sodium (like Ramen Noodles)
~Drink Green tea. It is known to help speed up your metabolism.
~Join a sport at your school
~Sit up straight in your chair in school instead of slumping (This helps strenghthen and tone your Core muscles (your torso muscles))
There are tons more that you can do! Just research it.

104 is not that much. Why do you want to loose that weight. And at 13, they don't suggest that young people go on diets to try and loose weight because their bodies are trying to gain weight in order to do stuff right. ( i don't know what stuff, i am only 15 myself ). But they did say that (i read it). Just wait a few years, until you are at least 15, and then start worrying about your weight. Don't stress. Most guys like girls with curves.

104 is not bad for your age how tall are you? I weighed 120 at 12 years old and was aroung 5'1-5"2. My step daughter is 11 and probably weighs anbout 130 and she is 5"3 I think your weight is fine

Eat healthy and stop eating junk. Start lifting weights or milk cartons with water in them. Do situps. Start running. You can die if you lose to much weight. Or do a juice fast. Water, lemon juice, & honey. Drink that only for 2-3 days. On top of vitamens and lots of water and exersice.

Give up sodas for a week and drink water. Walk walk walk. 104 pounds is a very healthy weight though. Don't try diet pills they sell at the store because if they really did work you wouldn't see fat people walking around. I'm not excluded either. I tried them all.

im 13, 2, and u r FARRR from fat. dont worry. ppl who r weight-obsessed r weird. dont b weird! but if u do feel like u r an unhealthy weight, take up a sport or an active hobby like dancing.

uummmmmm...why would you want to WEIGH 94 lbs ? I weigh 115 and know I'm skinny, don't aim to lose weight, just work out on your "problem" areas maybe...toning exercises like squats and stomach crunches. Don't get yourself sick.

i think you are to thin already. dont lose weight and dont think that you are fat! thats the beggining of an eating disorder.
