Has anyone had any Ghostly Encounters? What was your experience like?

yeah ive seen a few spooks in my life.

When i was a child I would often walk around the block to my Grandparents' house the only place I was aloud to walk alone. Often when I went there I recall hearing the voices of my grandparents and some of my aunts, and uncles when nobody was home. I think that everything leaves an impression in the environment around it. And the more extreme of circumstances like a violent death would leave a stronger impression. Children are more perceptive of these things but as we are consoled that it is just are imaginations, we learn to filter out this ability.

Wow...reading the previous answers is like reading what I wanted to write...you have to believe when you've seen and experienced phenomena...I mean who sees a ghost just because they wanted to see one? My experiences...recently deceased often visit before they go beyond, just be open to it...maybe in the steam of a shower or in a dreamlike time before sleep or during sleep...a whisper in the wind, an unexpected chill, or a shape in a cloud at night brings a message...children talking to an invisible "little lady" some people are just more open to it...there is nothing to be afraid of...that's hollywood. If it bothers you, refuse to acknowledge the spirit, maybe get some psychic guidance counseling/advice from an experienced person.

I do believe and have had many "odd" encounters. I've seen someone sitting at the end of my bed and then find out in a couple of days that that person has passed on...

Always no matter where i live they follow me. They are harmless. I have alot of energy around me that i sometimes blow lightbulbs to the point that I was asked to leave a store once. Only one house was evil to the point a fire started inside a wall with no electric wires in it & no 1 home but me. My family has seen them at my home also & asked who was the person in the other room. Windows open by themselves, the bed used to shake whenever i got in it.Refridgerator door opened & eggs flew out. That was an evil house. I moved out in 6 months.Now there are just peaceful ones around me.

yes. i have had multiple encounters since i was 12. my siblings do to. i have had so many things happen, but the scariest is when you hear them speaking. that is the freakiest thing ever. i have even had my hair pulled, and my blankets pulled off of me. you would not want to live in my shoes.

Yes, I believe in them because I have seen them. Most of them are oblivious to your presence. Some see you and they look intensely at you, that can be unnerving. But, I've never had one get physical, aggressive or angry with me.
