People who live dangerous lives die young all the time. How many gangsters you ever seen over the age of 40? Not very many! And, as for thrill seekers, they do tend to take a lot of time to learn their craft and do it as safely as possible, i.e., sky divers, deep sea divers, race car drivers, etc.

Remember, defensive driving is what causes accidents. Not offensive driving... When you're on the offense, you're focusing on the target and often don't worry about everything...

Same thing applies to life, stress releases cortisol which is bad for all parts of your body including your heart. Less stress = less cortisol

If you live your life in fear and "safety", you don't experience anything in life, you make nothing of yourself, and despite how many years you live, you really didn't live to begin with. I'd rather die at 30 having had a great life than live to 80 making sure I was "safe" and never taking risks!

I think it's the opposite, their fearlessness is going to become the death of them one day, they just don't realize it. That's why I prefer to stay a coward.

Because you can't always get what you want. Even if you're looking for death. That's just the way the world works.

I wouldn't say that--look at how many of the risk-taking Kennedy's died before their times.

I think they are just lucky. I'm not really certain about longest to live, though.

Depends on someone's point of view, someone could say their time just isn't up yet, so it doesn't matter what they do.
