Well, if you mean the ebonic or slang thing, everybody has slang of some sort, wherever it came from---white guys who act just like black rapper guys, well, they haven't found their own identity.

I'm so tired of the talking "black" and "white" thing. I am black and I grew up talking "white". My entire family would tell me that on a weekly basis. I don't understand what it is to talk white and to talk black. I just happen to be black and speak proper English. I know white people who can't conjugate a verb or even spell conjugate for that matter. I know black people who are paid to speak. So, can't we all just get pass the whole talking "black" and "white". It comes down to proper and improper English.

i used to find it annoying but now i just do not care. no one says n e thing to a white person who talks so called white. let people be who they want to be. it is not hurting you. and besides don't like some one ignore them

What does talking "black" mean? ~ Talking like their down to earth, don't have a thumb up their butt, not talking "hi ~ diddley ho" like, and non-uptight?
