Douching actually interferes with the natural PH balance of your body. Too much akalaine or acidity in an enviroment destroys the "good" bacteria and promotes too much of the "bad" bacteria. If you want to hault your cycle to a virtual stop there is an oral contraceptive called YASMIN that will slow your menstrual flow to one day or virtually less. Research the medication and talk to your provider, it may work for you if you want to stop a heavy flow.

Your menstrual cycle (era) is the effect of your ovaries and your techniques sending hormonal messages returned and forth. This works by skill of: one million. The pituitary gland on your techniques sends a hormone on your ovaries, and this makes them waiting to launch an egg. 2. The ovaries launch estrogen, which makes your uterus (womb) develop a lining. 3. while there is sufficient estrogen on your blood, your techniques tells your ovary to launch the egg. 4. while the egg is released, your ovaries secrete estrogen and progesterone. 5. Progesterone reasons your uterine lining to alter into thicker. 6. If the egg is fertilized, it implants and keeps secreting progesterone. If it is not fertilized, the progesterone stops, and your uterus closes the blood vessels in its lining. 7. without blood grant, the uterine lining sloughs off. that's your era. that's why the only factor which will "end" sessions must be something which will substitute those returned-and-forth hormonal messages. start administration pills (and patches, and photos) intervene with those messages. different issues that would interrupt sessions are weight-loss/benefit, ailment, and tension, yet they do no longer constantly reason sessions to end, and that they are in a position to make you exceedingly depressing. Douching isn't beneficial for any reason. The vagina keeps a soft pH stability, and something that interrupts that stability might reason an infection or inflammation. Douching might end menstrual pass for a couple of minutes by skill of briefly "cleansing" the vagina, however the pass will restart exceedingly rapidly.
