It's hard to say. Everyone's opinion is different on this subject. If I had a 13 year old, I would say EARS only... and they could be pierced up to 3-4 times each.

Maybe a couple sets of holes in the ears but I don't think they should have anything else pierced.

None would truly be rebellious. EVERYONE has piercings EVERYWHERE. 40-yr-olds to 18-yr-olds! It is so done, it IS the status quo now.

well, any parent will tell you u are too young to have any but if your parents agree to let you pierce I think one is ok for now.
