This is not very complimentary nor socially acceptable, but I made it up many years ago because I was so damn frustrated with having to deal with stupid, lazy morons. It has helped me alleviate tension and I've learned to be more courteous in retail stores.
The word is bozof*ck. It means a screwed up clown type of human species. This is the scenario: A totally self-centered idiot driver recklessly cuts across four lanes of HEAVY rush hour expressway traffic, totally endangering the lives of everyone.
I roll down my window and utter the following grammatically incorrect sentence:
"Hey you Barnum and Bailey bozof*ck, from the planet Uranus, get your head out of ur anus!!!!"
I then drive to Wal-Mart and reward myself with a package of lavender cotton candy.

The word I would make up would be frientance. It is a cross between a friend and an aquaintance. For those people who are more than aquaintances but not yet friends.
