Is it possible tyo loose your jumping ability. I can't seem to touch rim anymore. I use to be able to grab it . I am on my Hs track team and practice every day. Plus i workout on my legs at home. Why cant i seem to get up there anymore can anyone please answer me ?

There could be several factors. Since you are practicing your jumps every day, you may be overworking them. If you are breaking down muscles in your legs and not eating/sleeping and recovering properly, you could see a decline in performance. My advice is to give your body time to recover from your leg work outs, or do less at home, and you will see more improvement. The foods you eat and the amount of sleep you receive have a huge influence on your energy level.

Yes. I went five years without even touching a basketball. When I played last week, I could barely get off the ground.

take 2 days off, and do nothing

the next time, after a good warmup and stretching, you'll be able to touch the rim again

yes when you dont play sports a for a while you lose what you gain also when you put on more weight off course you will get slower and lsoe jumping ability.

Sorry to say, but impossible to LOOSE your jump.
Very possible to LOSE your jump, especially after a layoff.

yea ur white, jp. u might have placed on some wieght, or in basic terms stop comprehend-how as plenty and comprehend lower back at it. or u might in basic terms take a examine out tensing up realy tough and pushing much tougher u comprehend get mad.
