The principal female organ is the uterus. This is a muscular sac in the lower abdomen in which a baby can grow and develop. Opening into the top two corners are tubes called the Fallopian tubes; at the upper end of each is an ovary, which produces (usually) an egg each month, alternating sides. At the bottom of the uterus is an opening called the cervix, which opens into the vagina. The outer opening of the vagina is lips called the labia. During sexual intercourse, the male's penis enters the vagina, and after sufficient motion to provide stimulation, delivers a dollop of semen, which is a white fluid; typically, several hundred million sperm cells are present in it. These are attracted to the cervix, and some enter it, swim up the uterus and into the Fallopian tubes, and if there is an egg present, one may fertilize it. The egg will start developing as it descends into the uterus, and implants there, taking nourishment from the uterine wall. Nine months later, you have a baby!

If your question was about orgasm rather than organs, other responders have addressed it. If you have one, you will know it.

There are only a chosen few who actually even have them. Most are faking..

If your partner ever REALLY has one you will know it because you will be able to feel the contracting muscles during intercourse.

I'm not sure what your question is, but it's certainly not a myth. Women do have orgasms.
