25.4 exactly.

your 195/60 r15 is 7.68" wide, with a 24.21"diameter. thats theoretically what it is, but the actual tire could vary greatly.

the official defination of the US survey foot is

12 / 39.37 = US Survey foot, meters per foot


12 x 1000 /39.37 = mm per foot.

12 x 1000 / 39.37 x 12 mm per inch

1000 / 39.37 mm per inch

25.40001 mm/inch

doesn't matter what multiple you use, one is a 16" and one is a 15". 2 different sizes
