i have a daughter that is almost twelve years. I am thirty one years old am i too old to have another child?

Thirty one is pretty young. I'm 38 and have an almost 14 year old daughter and almost 11 year old son. I'm having a new baby this summer. I think it depends on what YOU think is best for your situation. If you are in good health you should be fine.

59 year old woman pregnant with twins Is the oldest on record. I dont think you are too old. I think anything around 40 or older is pushing it because you should be able to live long enough to see the kid reach 21 at least. I would hate to be 80 and have a 20 year old. So at 31 you are good

No you are fine with your age. You might want to talk to your daughter though and explain everything to her. Keep her involved, because at 12 she might just think you are thinking of her as a build in babysitter. Make sure you just are open and honest and I am sure everyone in your family will be happy and excited that you would like to have another baby.

you are still pretty young. my mom had my brother at around that time. Another example, look at the celebrity trends theses days. Hardly any celebrity woman gives birth before then theses days, they are all in their 30s and 40s it seems to me.
