A friend of mine actually got it as an extra credit assignment for (I believe) a psychology course. I'll see if I can get any more info out of them.

It looks like it could be either Sir Ben Kingsley or Richard O'Brien. Of the two I would go with Kingsley because O'Brien has not been in that many movies.

I don't know off hand, but I think he plays a serial killer in the movie. The face is not Ben Kingsley or Richard O'Brien, although they are similer. It's his glasses that are so familiar. I will mull it over a while.
Where did you get it from? Maybe that will identify him?
