Why would a child under 18 get married? Are you some hill-billy from backwoods Alabama?
Loser pecker, just jealous because you'll never be me. At least I'm not trailer trashing it out and trying to steal my kid's child support for myself! Redneck!

Yes, any child under 18 becomes an adult when they are married.
Funny thing about marriage, if woman is under 21, but with her husband who's over 21 at a bar, and they present their marriage license, the woman can consume alcohol. At least, that is how it is in Texas.

Why were you paying new child help? were you paying it because she reported you've been the daddy or were you ordered to pay it through a court? I doubt that you've any thanks to get your money lower back. the reason being that in some unspecified time sooner or later you had to have believed (and reported even if it is court ordered) that you've been the daddy. you should have requested for a paternity try if there became any doubt. How did you recognize you at the on the spot are not the daddy now?

Child support is generally set up until the child turns 18, dies, or marries...some have it set till 21 if the child remains in school

I am not sure... Contact and attorney and find out.... I think they still would have to pay child support until the child is 18 though.

Yes, when a minor marries they are automatically emancipated and therefore their parents are no longer required to support them. But you can’t just stop paying. You need to call the child support agency to see what steps you need to take to have child support terminated.
