Does anybody know the movie when a woman dies in a car accident and her husband relives the day and saves her?

Question

The woman saves a puppy from a car and gets hit and dies. This happens right after she and her husband have a fight. The husband lives the day over again and tries to do things differently but the dog still runs out and she is going to get hit but her husband jumps in front of the car and saves her. It's an older movie. Not the newer one with Jennifer Love Hewitt, "If Only". But it's really close to that.
