Then when you go lay down to sleep and not remember what you did all day, conversations you had, etc?

Absolutely. Many times when I needed to be doing the same things every day (school/work) I was tired, ill, or just not in the mood. People would remind me of something that happened on some of those days--and I didn't have a clue. In other words, I was just going through the motions.

yes i am.always,i cant remember anything, i think i might have memory loss or something.i really cant remember anything about my childhood, only a couple things.. when i look in the mirror i dont remember doing that when i was young so i didnt really kno how i looked..OMG,just a while ago i was zoning out again,like i started to think about something else and i forgot what i was doing before.it keeps happening,is there a medicine i can take.plz tell me???

no , lack of interest in your surroundings is a sign of depression unless if someone is using drugs then that could be a reason
