I have recently started on the NuvaRing and I have pushed it up as far as I can, but it keeps falling down and almost out. Am I putting it in wrong or what?

I don't think you have to be sized for these. I have been to the website and looked through the booklet I have and it doesn't say anywhere you need to have it fitted. G_M answered my question, I didn't know it had to be in there front to back. The pictures in the booklet doesn't show how it sits in there very well.

One size fits all!!!
You do not have to do sizing as it doesn't fit over your cervix!

1.To put it in squeeze it into an 8 shape between your thumb and forefinger and insert it into your vagina,
2.Then push the ring up over your pelvic bone which is the bone located towards the front of your body inside the vagina.
3. The other side should be higher and located around the cervix.

The ring should kind off lie from your front to your back rather than From your head to your toes

If this fails go straight to your doctor and do not have intercourse

make an appointment with your gyno asap. it might be the wrong fit or something...and don't have sex until after you get it figured out unless you use a condom or something else.

It's not the right size for you. Maybe your OB/GYN can help you with the right size ring. They do the same sizing for diaphragm's. If your Doc did do this sizing, tell him you need another sizing and take your current ring with you.
Good Luck!
