If you were chosen as the mayor in your community, and you had budget left leftover, how would you spend it in your community?!

Any opinions?

I would spend it to helpNon Primary Custodial Parents out of the financial jam they are placed in by the Vile Biased Corrupt and unfair family court system. I would also grant them a minimum forty one percent of the over nights for visitation and reduce Childsupport guidlines so that no one pays more then 8 percent of their salary in child support payments. This would reduce crime as people wouldn't have to sell drugs to make ends meet with un reported income. The decrease in drug traffic would also reduce the murder rate and burglary rate. I would also buy every citizen a hand gun and tell them it is their civic duty to carry it. This would all but eliminate muggings and hate crimes. Remember Washington DC has the strictest gun laws and the highest violent crime rate in the nation.

First, I would have to know the ordinances concerning the powers of the mayor within a borough system. Second I would know that other than having the tie breaker at council meetings and signing the annual audit report - an untrained monkey has more privileges than our mayor. In a borough system of government , the town council holds all the power - a fact they hold as a tightly guarded secret as the community blames everything on the mayor and the counsel gets off scott free.

I'd give it back to the people of the community. It's their money. Oh yeah, and I'd cut the size of the bureaucracy too so I could give them even more of their money back.
