I'd have to say Superman would win. Even though his heat beams wouldn't do much, because Piccolo can regenerate, Piccolo's energy blasts wouldn't do much to Superman either. Both are super strong, and both can fly, but I figure Superman can fly Piccolo into space, but since Piccolo can't breathe in space, he would suffocate. I know Superman can't breath in space either, but he can hold his breath for like 30 minutes, which I think would beat Piccolo.

Hmmm.... i like this one better then the overused Superman vs Goku!
I once again give it to Kal-El... based on his overwhelming durability. Both fighters are fast, piccolo is probably hypersonic and possibly near light speed at his fastest. Brute strength goes to Superman, since Piccolo probably cannot lift more then 200 tons.... and Supes regularly moves things at least that heavy. Fighting skills goes to Piccolo, since he is a martial artist and Superman (like many high strength fighters) is a brawler with a very direct "I hit you you go flying backward style". But The durability catagory is Superman's. He takes a beating like few others could dream of: recently he has flow through a SUN! (thats at least 3,000 degrees!) And That heat would probably be about the hottest temperature Piccolo could generate without doing irreperable harm to himself. I also highly doubt that Piccolo could generate a ki blast that could physically pierce Superman's skin.
I realize that was an overly thought out answer but... there you go: Superman wins.

Superman....same reason as Vegeta ,they could barely hold their own against the major dbz villains Goku always had to save their asses........unless when he fused with Kami he could use magic that's superman other weakness beside kryptonite then that would be another story!

i think no one would win because they are not in the same anime,and they are not real.but if i had to chose one it would be piccolo just cause hes green.
