he has not taking care of her in 6 years i have a new man in my life i am willing to except his offer,because my new man loves her and she calls him daddy,and him and i have 2 kids her brother and sister,i will except his offer,but dont know who to contact and how to start

A family law attorney will know how to go about doing this. Also, if her Daddy (not her bio dad) wants to adopt her legally you might be able to get it all done in one fell swoop. Now would be the time. You are so fortunate that this is happening favorably for your daughter.

Go to court and get an attorney to help you with this.... Make sure he signs her over completely legally before you do anything else here .... Then if you marry this new guy maybe he can adopt her!

STOP" don`t be fooled by your exs offer.He doesn't want to pay child support. Remember child support is for you You have no right to absolve your ex of his obligations. If he hasn't paid back child support go after him make sure he`s paying health insurance for your child. If your new man loves your child and he feels like your child is like his own, let him know child support is for your child not you.
