You could have a sinus infection. You should go to the doctor about this to have it be treated. Also, if you can't go to the doctor there are many sinus medications that you can buy and try.

I also get headaches frequently and I have been diagnosed with migraines. They have happened around and above my eyes.

You also need to make sure you are getting plenty of sleep. Lack of sleep can trigger headaches. Caffeine is another trigger of headaches if it is not a sinus headache. Also, you may need to get your eyes checked. You could have bad vision, which can also cause your eyes and the area around your eyes to hurt, due to your eyes being strained. When you go to bed just relax and if your head hurts just put a cold wash cloth on your head and relax. It numbs your head and reduces some of the inflammation in your head.

To find the real problem I think you should go to the doctor.

I hope you feel better soon.

Most likely you have a tension headache which can cause those feelings when you move your eyes or head. It could also possibly be a sign of a sinus infection. If you have drainage I suggest you start taking some sinus medications ASAP.

Too much strain on your eyes from reading, the computer, bright lights, etc... take an aspirin and a nap, drink lots of water. If you keep having issues, see the eye doctor or normal family doctor.

Being that the category is Politics and Government maybe moving to the left is the source of your problem, try moving to the right!

Vertigo. Check with a doctor to be sure. But it's more than likely from beating your head against a wall after listening to Hillary and other Liberals.

you probably got a pinched nerve or pinched muscle, take your hands and some gentle cream and massage very gently for a couple minutes and then put a warm compress behind your neck
