Not that anyone would want that hairstyle anymore, but I wonder if its possible to do that to average caucasian hair textures.

This is a question out of honest curiosity, so dont make it into something that its not.

Haven't thought of that one. Do they even make jheri curl juice anymore? Probably couldn't do that with average caucasian hair, but then I don't have average caucasian hair texture. Let us know if you try it.

Yes, the style was invented and named after Jheri Redding, a white hairstylist and was originally marketed to whites but proved unpopular with them.

If you wanted to go around ruining your furniture and pillows, and bedsheets from all the grease.....then I'm sure it's possible to get a white boy jheri curl

I don't know about that, but honestly I've always wanted to try the cornrows with long hair, but my scalp would be way too white.

Hmm, I would think they could, but I'm really not sure. Sort of like a spiral perm and then use a lot of activator (whatever that stuff is called), I guess.
