I think any organization that is against government waste is good but they are like a person trying to run up stream of a river rapid, totally ineffective. The amount of government waste is truly mind blowing. If you want to learn more about government waste I suggest reading the book The Federal Subsidy Beast. The level of waste is documented so well that you will want to laugh if you weren't crying.

I was a member for about 10 years from 85-95. They seemed to do some good work.
