slope intercept form is y = mx + b where m is the slope, b is intercept (for y)

8x + 14y = 100
14y = 100 - 8x
y = (100/14) - (8/14)x

Slope intercept is simply y=mx + b.

so.....

14y= -8x + 100

Now get the y totally alone by dividing all across by 14, and reduce the fractions. That's it!

mdigitale is right, although you might want to reduce those fractions.
