Republicans will distance themselves from the unpopular war president gw bush but they did the same thing with Richard Nixon.
personally i am still wondering what the big fuss with Nixon..he was reelected by a big margin

i know he was a bit of a oddball but he did open the doors to China..

Didn't Senator Chuck Hegal (Republican) already kind of say that? At least he is wise enough to see through the GWB administration's corruption. The people that won't admit it, however, will be the arrogant right wing Christian Republican senators. They have to be some of the most corrupt and arrogant politicians around. You know the ones, they followed Tom Delay like puppy dogs.

Oh, I think that rather wishful thinking on your part.

Practically speaking, why would they bother.

Why would they choose to repeat something that the Democrats were saying before the man even took the oath of office for the first time...something that they have individually and collectively repeated on a daily basis for the past six years?

Wouldn't that be rather redundant?

He did good half of his presidency..the rest leave to GOD to judge.
