Is it best to have a full course load during senior year of high school?

Obviously colleges like students who take challenging classes, but is it truly best to take a full course load during senior year?

It is not necessary to take a full course load, unless you need the credits to get into the college. If you've gone beyond the requirements, then just take the classes you need.
