For anyone that is a computer whiz (which I'm not). For example, on yahoo answers, I just realized everyone else is able to see things on answers that I can't! Like the little thumbs up and down that's supposed to be under each answer-they are absent from mine (I'm level 4). At the top of each page I assume there is supposed to be something there, but on mine there are just these rectangular empty boxes. It's like a lot of stuff is missing. What is wrong and how can I fix it?

It sounds like you are not seeing image files. This can happen by choosing a setting on your browser that "displays images" or not.
The reason for not would be if you want the website to load faster if you are on a dial-up connection, or maybe have a small viewer, like a cell phone.
Check the options and see if this is the case.

If you mouse over where the profile picture is, the information will pop-up. It's just one of Yahoo's new scripts.

Click reload and if that doesn't work reinstall Ur browser.

is your computer old? is your page fully loaded? do u have certain downloadable stuff to see things?

sounds like ie7 or another broswer. or refresh yahoo. im just guessing. or maybe you have something stopping web becons.
