that is great but Apple is already like 6 years ahead of Microsoft. They may appreciate it but they don't need it.

I'm afraid you have to have a .Mac subscription and use your Macintosh's Mail program to be able to email Apple. And then it is only email to technical support, although they may be able to pass a suggestion on to their supervisors. I think a .Mac subscription is about $100 but you can get a 60 day free trail. You can email tech support with a free trail and it might be worth a try. You don't have to buy the subscription at the end of the trail if you don't want to.

The information comes from searching "email Apple" which gave me an address to click on for faq #13. I'd give you the address but it always cuts off the end of the address when I type it in the answer window. Maybe it will work if I give you the address in two parts. Just join the following two parts together to make the whole address: http://docs.info.app.com/artcle.html? - and then add: artnum+31326#faq13 to the end of the address.

I would contact Apple customer service and tell them about an email. That sounds suspicious and most likely they already know your serial number if you registered your phone which most likely you did to get the phone service on the phone. There are alot of spam emails going around so be careful.
