A question about skinny dipping?

My cousin Paige has a swimming pool and I have been over there. She often invites me when she has get togethers. Every once in a while some of the guests go topless and few guys (we are all in our 20's) have gotten nude. I actually went nude for the first time last week in front of her and some of her female friends. Is this ok? The reason I ask is sometimes I get embarrased when I get a 3.5 inch erection in front of Paige and the gals. What does Paige think? Sometimes its fun just to skinny dip.
