if you know the password heres how:
go to the tools menu (dropdown next to favorites and help)
click "Internet Options"
go to the "Content" tab
click "disable" on the top
it will ask you for the password, type it in and then click ok out of the last pop-up
if you dont know the password...get mozilla firefox, or some other browser

most likely someone has set up a parental block on your computer and you would have to either spend alot of time trying to hack your way into discovering the password, buying a hidden spy camera to record when the person/people who set up the block and find out the password or stop doing whatever your doing so they can release the block.
