Does Anyone know a good book for Adobe Indesign CS2?

I need to figure out how to transfer my files for print to a web page or possibly a email newsletter. Either .PDF or HTML.

I recommend the SAMS series. They've taught me how to lear CGI and Flash... I'm sure that their Adobe book is good too.
