Yes. If people like you for someone your not than your always going to have to put on a "act" around them. You won't be able to just be yourself. Save yourself from that and just be you. If they don't like you for you then they aren't good people to hang around.

You should care more about being fun and thoughtful to those people you care about, rather than being 'popular'. Honestly, being 'popular' is dead easy. Get a million bucks and start to hand it out to anyone and you will be instantly popular and famous for about 15 mins. However, those people who stand by you when all is crap and you are lying in the gutter, sad and alone. Those are the folks you need to focus on as they are your real friends.
Being amazing, yourself, honest and acting with integrity is much better.

Of course! you should be yourself no matter what. That way people will get to know the real you and that way you'll know who really likes you for who you are not some phony who tries to be someone else their not. they will appreciate you for being honest to yourself and others and this is the best way to meet new people and new friends and this is the right way to being popular.

Ofcourse!!!!!! part of being popular is not giving a fluck what others think. Be who u are and if others don't like it thats there problem not yours. I cant stand people that try to be something there not.

Yes, you should be yourself because you'll find out who your true friends are.Don't just hang out with people you barely know because you wanna be "one of them".

yea don't be anyone else cause when they find out that u wasn't being yoself they will leave u and u won't be popular.trust me i tried it and it don't work
