How can I achieve the score that slightly surpasses 2100 or over?

You've taken the PSAT already, I expect. You know whether you need to work more on your math or if the verbal component is weaker.

Read a bunch of old SAT tests - you can get them at the library or purchase one in the book store. Take it a couple of times, following the directions so that you know what you're getting into.

It's been 20 years since I had to take the things, and in my day 1200 was a very good score. Figure out what you need to have to place at the school you want and work to achieve it. Obviously, if you can crank out a 1500 score in test, you probably don't need to do a lot of studying.

Practice. Prep classes often guarantee a 200-300 point increase. You can check that out. They often offer you good tips on which kinds of questions to expect and which rules to memorize.
