Its one thing to cause an accident, it is another to kill someone....she is a "star".....she won't get jail time.....she'll pay off the family and have probation, community service, etc.....If it was me, it would be Vehicular Manslaughter, and you wouldn't even hear about it nationally and the key would be thrown away...I feel badly for her, that is a hell of a thing to have on ones conscience that you "killed" someone...If she was on a cell phone or under the influence and the weather or mechanical malfunction was not the blame, she should go to jail, just like the rest of us would!!!!! Sorry....

I don't think Brandy will have to serve any time because of her celebrity status, which is a shame. She rearended the other car causing fatal injuries to the other person.

I haven't heard about this until now! She should definitely go to prison for more than a year. And since she's 'famous' I'm doubting she'll even get that much.

They didn't say any thoughts of being in prison, but they did say that a woman was called. She wasn't, though.
