If "LOVE OF Money" is the root of All Evil, What is the "LOVE OF THE PRIDE OF BEING 'X' " is the root of "Y" ?

Scriptures state that Pride and Selfrightousness are fprmost of sins. X can be AMERICAN(or citizen of another country), AN ARAB (or christian or other), A FOREMOST POLITICIAN, A FOREMOST SCIENTIST, A PRESIDENT, AN AFRICAN-AMERICAN (a white man) etc. etc. etc.

Is the answer to any of these that is "Y" is "terrorism" ?
