they have a thing called "yvd" (yu-gi-oh virtual dueling) where you can make your own cards and use them in a deck! hope this helps!

I am an official Upper deck tournament organizer and i can tell you that making your own cards is illegal and you can be prosecuted or fined. You do NOT want to make your own cards.

of course not but i once saw a site where you can print some cards that were never made and paste them on your cards of cours they wont look as good
