We shop at walmart....their generic equivalent formula is half the price of regular. Our daughter is 1 year old, and we have only recently stopped using so much formula.

$40 formula (walmart)per month all year
$35 diapers per month
$40 per month baby food for 4 months
$5 per month medication, lotion.
$200 medical copays per year
$1200 med insurance per year
$500 clothing that wasn't given at shower.

2700 dollars? 150 crib, 50 bouncer vibrating seat, 100 basinet/playpen, 200 carriage/stroller/carseat.
Let's just say $4000 after all is said and done.
