I've had some discharge before and i know THATS normal but i've had a lot more recently, for the most part its clear but sometimes theres white spots on my panties. It started around the 14th day of my cycle, could it be because I'm ovulating or something bad?

Katherine W is correct.
If you have the typical 28 day cycle, Day 14 is a normal time for this fertile mucus to appear. It has a consistency like raw egg whites. Some days you can wipe and wipe until the toilet bowl is full of paper, and you still didn't get it all. Annoying-but-normal for a fertile woman.

The amount and quality of your mucus in your vagina will change when you ovulate. It's actually to help semen make it up the vagina and through the cervix! There will be more of it, and it will be almost stringy, like you can stretch it between your fingers. When you'renot ovulating, it will not stretch and it will be almost sticky. It's not bad at all, it's normal. If it bothers you, make an appointment with a gynecologist, preferably a woman, to discuss it.
