Im going to court in a couple of days, adnd the promblem is, the person that im suing is very good friends with the judge. Which means that i wont have a fair case. How can iI get a new judge, to view my case. i dont have much time. please hurry

Need to ask the judge to recuse himself for "conflict of intrest", if you feel he is going to be biased, and if he does not contact the state bar assocation. They are the regulatory arm of judges and lawyers and prosecuters

Request that he recuse himself on the basis of the relationship. there is a court rule that calls for this. TELL YOUR ATTORNEY
if you dont have one get one
