will you please accept my apology for all that has been said and done to you and yours recently. as an american i will be woman enough to stand up and admit that we were wrong. i do not know what i can do to help fix this mess which has come to pass, but i do believe we know each other a bit more then either one of us care to admit. we are both running scared. no one is willing to back down because we all fear what would happen next.
i know that inside you are the same as we are and that you bleed and hurt just like we do. i'd so love to turn back time and erase all the pain we have caused you. i'd love to have the chance to help you recover and to help you heal, but i dont know where to start. none of us know where to start. we are all confused and scared but given the chance i know that if we could we'd just wish this all away.
it is not your hearts i fear for i know like me you only want to be safe, warm, and loved. can we fix this? is so how... you tell us.

Wow! After the string of bigoted xenophobes that answered all in a row.........shocking.
I have to say there are people who agree with you. The vast majority of muslims are peace loving people with familes who they love, homes they cherish, lives they enjoy, and only want the best for everyone.
It's a shame and a tragedy that these people can't or won't see that. But I have confidence they will in time.

Salam :) i'm a Muslim teenager residing in Canada. Excuse me, but I don't think your supposed to address Muslim Men without a Burka on and your eyes averted in a downward direction. "Being woman enough" really has nothing to do anything in the radical Shite Muslim country you are addressing with your misplaced western infidel apologies. No one over there is interested in making friends with you. What you've said and done thus far would have earned you a public stoning or be-heading, but don't take my word for it, if you'd like you can visit Baghdad, Tehran, Islamabad, etc., and test this out for yourself.
Liberals don't survive very well outside the safe boundaries of the democratic countries that tolerate them.
Incidentally, the way they'd fix it would be to sever your screaming head off and chant "Allah Akbar, " while using your cranium to score a goal in an impromptu soccer game (They do like soccer!) courtesy of your "donated" cranium while simultaneously burning Old Glory for AL-Jazeera. I cannot speak for all Muslims because they simply never let anyone know what their thinking is.
Riots and murder over cartoons and the Pope's comments - but no apparent condemnation of the acts of terror and indiscriminate slaughter of thousands of innocent men, women and children committed by the radical Muslims.
Ironic? Sad?
The Islamic terrorists have answered your question numerous times - you will convert to Islam on your own, or they will convert you with force - or, for a third option - you will be killed.
No gray areas in those threats, eh?
I personally like a forth option - we must totally eradicate this demented ideology for the sake of all civilized people in the world!

Unfortunately, I've yet to hear an official apology like this from the Muslims for 9/11, or for the brutal beheadings, or for the car bombings, or for the helicopter crash and executions that happened JUST TODAY.
Listen, don't blame America first. We were minding our own business on 9/11 and they slaughtered people, 3000 moms and dads, for no reason. Why should we apologize for ANYTHING?

guesse you didn't have any friends incinerated at the WTC site. Nor did you shreds of human beings for months after. If you had you wouldn't make such a stupid, ignoran statement. I'll tell you what. I'll pay for your one way ticket to Iran, pakistan, libya etc... Think they are so wonderful? Get raped there and see what happens. Go out in public or show to much skin. Read a book. The real ironic part is they'd kill you at the drop of a hat.
I'm glad they bleed. I'm glad they hurt. If they don't like it, they need to clean up their own religion and their own backyard. Right now, they aren't. Silence is agreemnet in my book.
