I modified a common math symbol people use daily and it greatly reduces mistakes people commonly make when using the old symbol.

To my knowledge, there is no international "Math Notation Standards Bureau".

The only real way to get people to adopt notation is to get enough people in the world to do it your way.

If your new symbol isn't one that is part of standard computer fonts or Unicode, that will make it even tougher.

Best idea I can think of is to try to submit it as a paper to a major math journal.
