It is next day air.
I have the traking number and can see the information.
The faq for delivery change says this:
"In the Package Progress section, select the link to Choose Another Delivery Option. "
But I don't have that option....
Do I need to make an account?

I can't seem to get find a way to talk to a person at ups...
Also, do you think I will have to be the one that pays for all of the shipping?
( I told the company(via email) not to ship it the day before and called within 4 minutes of their open time, and they still shipped it! )

I don't know about refusing shipment online, if you can't figure it out, this trick worked for me...
Took a piece of notebook paper, and wrote in black marker "DO NOT LEAVE UPS PACKAGE - REFUSING PACKAGE TRACKING ID # --------"
You could always call the UPS 1-800 number and speak to a live rep - this way you have confirmation that this package will not be accepted. They can update the driver via computer.

When I have called them in the past, they have told me I cannot refuse them over the phone before they get here. Policy could have changed because this was a year or two ago. I was trying to stop the shipment of a huge box that I knew would cost a fortune to send back as a return. But UPS at that time told me I couldn't stop it if it had already been shipped. I would have to refuse it at the door when they came.

For the best answers, search on this site https://shorturl.im/av7Af
The 3 attempts rule is only if they don't get you; since they got your answer then it's over, now they'll label the package as "return to sender." The best you can do is to pick up the phone and call the UPS center so they can hold the package for pick up (assuming they still have it in there) and then go in person as soon as you can.

I deal with UPS everyday....the only way to cancel a package is to use the account that created the shipment. If you are the receiver, you wouldn't be the sender, and only the sender can use the account. Sorry. You could refuse the package when the UPS guy/gal delivers it to you, though.

All you have to do is call UPS and give them the tracking number. Tell them you have a package coming to you that you didnt order/dont need and to RTS (return to sender) it. Trust me, this is what I do all day.

Call UPS and ask THEM. Always go to the professionals before asking some yahoo (like me) on YAHOO.
