It is one big Con, as Bush never funded it, even with an overwhelming majority in congress doing his bidding. It is all fluff and no stuff. Many states are screaming as they are mandated to carry out the provisions but have no money to do it. Several suits are already cooking. As it is with the BushCo regime is other areas like Katrina, the Mexican border, catching Osama bin Laden, or Mission Accomplished, they make a whole lot of noise about doing something, but, when it comes to carrying it out, there is nothing there but an empty sack.

It is a big con, because there is no Constitutional authority for Federal involvement in education. It is meant to dictated by states and local school boards, not Washington DC.

There are some problems with it. First being that the colleges are coaching the try particularly of coaching the babies and seeing if the try is working. So now youngsters are throwing in the towel on significant matters, to confirm they are in a position to bypass a try. They lose out on matters that should pastime them. They lose out on real information.
