OK-for starters, you are not ugly. You just need a little bit of grooming advice.
Your eyebrows are very strong-this is expected for men, but they need to be groomed a little and separated from each other across the nose. Just tweeze that one eyebrow into two. The inside corner of the eyebrow should line up with the inside corner of the eye.

Shave! If this is the best you can do at the moment-don't! That small an amount of facial hair just looks shabby. Better to stay clean shaven so you don't tell the world: this is all I got!

Your hair is very short-it looks like it wants to be very curly. Keeping it short if this is the case is a good idea, but there may be other things that can be done with it. If I see a great haircut on someone who has hair likek mine, I wil ask them: where did you go to get your hair cut? Whoa...stop being so hard on yourself!! You look fine and are being way too critical on yourself. I am curious if you think you are so bad looking why you had the guts to post so many pictures of yourself on a site that has thousands of viewers - ? Perhaps you have a bit more self confidence that you really allow yourself to realize...as in my opinion that took guts! Maybe you just need a change if you have had the same hairstyle for a long time. Guys unfortunately are somewhat limited to what they can do appearance wise so you are probably restricted to just chaning the style of your hair and/or facial hair. Good luck!

Are you joking? I do not think you are ugly at all! The only thing I'd change is I'd add a nice smile :-) Are your teeth nice? I find it so sad that you think you are ugly. Who told you that? People? The media? It is not true at all.
