For something a little different, go for grill-it-yourself at-your-table barbecue, sushi, and some hot food at
Koji BBQ Buffet

It's a barbecue buffet where you can get as much raw meat (some seafood too) and veggies as you like. Then you grill it at your table, and you can keep going back for more 'til you're stuffed. I highly recommend the beef short ribs (with bone is tastier) and the spicy pork.

The Waterfront Hilton on PCH in Huntington Beach. In the summer, they have their brunch around the pool and they also have a steel drum band playing. It's a little pricey, but worth it.
