Eternal's answer is about the same as I would give you.
I know about 20 - 30 mtf transsexuals, most of them are hetero. Even so several have changed sexual orientation after starting on oestrogen, several were in fact quite confused by this new interest in men. What I have noticed though is that those with a higher libido were more likely to feel an attraction to men.

Good luck

Hormones have been known to have a slight effect on orientation, and there have been some reports of transsexuals changing their orientation after an extended period of time on them. However, about 30-40% of transsexual women at least are lesbians, so there is a very good chance that you will maintain an attraction to women.

It's the gender taboo. Most people believe that gender is NOT fluid and most people think there are only two possible and unchangeable genders: Male and Female. Having a gender presentation that doesn't fix their myopic "norm" makes them extremely uncomfortable. The idea that the heart of who they are, at the chemical level can be altered so dramatically, that this "badass tough guy" persona really is only skin deep and that if some "tranny" can transform herself into a more congruent gender, (i.e. female), that means that a pretty pink dress is only a few little pills away. When some challenged individuals first see through the looking-glass, it's just too much for them. Poor macho souls.

excellent question. i honestly have no idea.. i am a bisexual transgenderist and i've thought about the entire transition process. i think i'll always love women more than men, but it's interesting to see the stats others have shared.. my big worry about hormones is the effect on penis. i love playing with it and i will never give it up, but i fear hormones may make it useless, as i have read.. anyway, i wish you the best of luck in your transition. i have so much love and respect for all t-girts.. take care!

hormones will screw with your mind big time, but lol if you takem dont plan on having kids cus it will make u sterile. I dont think it would change even after being on hormones, but in some Tgirls it does change.

I VERY HIGHLY doubt that. You'll more than likely end up one of the many lesbian transwomen.
