It only allow me to create an account if I have an AOL acct. or a Mac. Please help

Um no.... I use a PC and have never used AOL. Goto http://www.itunes.com and download the software. There are no user retrictions... They will sell to anyone that has the money...

Hello TRACY N,
Go to the Apple web site and download the Windows version of iTunes.
http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
Be sure to click on the "Windows 2000 or XP" button so that you're downloading the correct version. Type in your Email Address inside that text field, and click on the "Download iTunes 7.0.2 Free" button.
After installing iTunes on your PC, you launch the program. The program will want you to sign-in then and there.
Also, you'll notice on the left side is an iTunes Store on the list. Click on that, and iTunes will connect you with the iTunes Store.
