I recently bought a cingular pay as you go phone. Today, i bought a 25 dollar refill card for it. I tried following the instructions on calling them to update my minutes. The machine told me to enter the 10 digit code on the card which i did and i can't get any farther than that. All it does is repeats the same message. How can I fix this problem? Thanks

There could be a temporary problem with the telephone refill system. You can always refill your account online by going to http://www.myprepaidrefill.com or if you call *611 an agent can add the time for you.
