Casein, one of the ingredients in milk can be a glue and has long been used for a kind of paint. I doubt it could be called a super glue if you mean extra strong. If you mean instant grip, it might if the pottery sucked the water out.

I'm assuming you mean on wet pottery. I've never heard of this but you can also use sodium silicate, found in some pharmacies/drug stores, a very small amount mixed with slip can work like a glue for wet or leather hard clay.
